Our policies are in place to help everyone easily navigate and understand what you expect as renters and we expect as lenders. We will give you 100% of our attention, providing the type of service that we ourselves expect. Here at Bleu we like to say we are "Just A Shade Different," and that extends to our customer service as well.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged for 50% of the total rental bill as an initial deposit at the time of your order placement. One month prior to the event , the remaining balance is due. As part of our rental agreement, your credit card will remain on file until all rentals are returned and have been accounted for. *See Damage insurance/ clauses on our FAQ page.
We will have a contract for you to sign, initialling at critical points so there is no misunderstaning. We will make every effort to right a wrong to keep you completely happy & satisfied. That is our goal, and we expect the same committment from you as our client. If there are any questions that you need answered-please do not hesitate to contact us. The contract is for both of our safety and is legally binding in the State of Texas.
Sometimes, being human we make mistakes or have technical glitches. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes, ommissions, erros etc. from time to time without prior notice. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience it may cause. We strive to treat you as we would want to be treated. That is our goal here at Bleu.
